A largely undeveloped state park on the Patapsco River neck at the upper Bay, with miles of shoreline access. Former site of Bay Shore Amusement Park. Good white perch in spring and bluefish in fall; accessible pier structure.
Free admission. Limited facilities. Trails to shoreline fishing spots. Historic site — some structures are preserved.
